A bit about us!

The Secret Playhouse has been running for almost four years.  Started by two determind business-minded mums who wanted to work and look after their young children.  Realising there was a niche in the market for a place for people to meet, eat and for the kids to have fun; they set about at starting a successful business, based in Ashford, Middlesex.

Adele Fowler and Shelley Leeks - hats off to you!

Wendy Croxford took over from Shelley in October 2006, and Wendy and Adele built the business by bringing in new ideas and for two years enjoyed a great working friendship together!

Time for change - again.  Enter Fiona Carroll who took over Adele's share in July 2008.

Wendy & Fiona are two young local mums who run the business exceptionally.  Providing a great place for kids and adults and where a warm welcome always awaits you. 

Wendy & Fi have lots of new ideas and are looking to make changes to the business to make The Secret Playhouse even better....!

Come down for some fun with the kids, meet friends, make new friends, enjoy a cappuccino and fresh sandwich, or to just have a chat with us!  We've always got lots to talk about, and are great listeners!  We have four children between us and can also offer our advice to new mums and dads...

We also cater for children's parties where we do everything with exception to the birthday cake & party bags, so all you have to do is turn up and enjoy yourselves, and not worry about all the hassle of organising a party.  We have limited dates available for parties, so best to book early so not to be disappointed.
